No trustworthy cat breeder

On 1 Novomber 2019 I contacted Angelica from Angelica precious kittens to buy an exotic kitten named Felix. We agreed on an amount of R3500 as she said she got a new litter arriving on 18th. She would courier Felix to me from Heidelberg Cape Town to Johannesburg the same day. I asked if we can rather do it on the 2nd November which is a Saturday as I need to prepare for felix. She agreed. That Friday evening I asked her twice what time Felix would be arriving as I need to know. She kept answering vaguely. She will let me know on Saturday when he is on the plane. Saturday morning at 8H52 after still no word from her I got a sms from the home owner, from which am renting, to say that he does not want me to get an animal as the body corporate will not allow it. I immediately send Angelica a whatsapp message, try to whatsapp call her and send her a sms to say that I can't take Felix anymore. I asked if I can sent her my banking details for a refund. She sent me a message to say yes she will refund me on the Monday. Monday no money. Then it was no I will pay it in. Then eventually on the Wednesday she admitted that she does not have my money. She promised to pay it in the weekend of 9 November. I am still waiting. I would never recommend her to anybody ever. She was very eager to get the money..
