Not interested in rectifying the mess he made and does not attend to meeting even if he send we would. He does not respond to messages left to come and sort out the mess, he does not answer a call unless I blocked my number to unkwown.

The owner of the business repaired a section of my precast wall due to a tree that pushed it over. The night after the work was completed, I took pictures of the mess and ****-up they made with the wall. The wall was skew, a trench was left next to my wall of 400mm wide and 250mm deep. The tree branches were cut off but not even removed out of the tree. The rubble ( old slabs and cement pieces) was left everywhere. I contacted him, he said he would come the day after, that never happened. It was now 5 weeks later and he does not reply to messages from neither me nor the neighbour. The blocked my number and he took the call. He suggested to come have a look last night but did not rock up. I will now mix it myself or get another contractor. Do not use this company unless you want to pay someone and end up doing it yourself anyway.
