Precalicash loans ****

<p>I app**** for a loan through Precalicash loans. My loan was approved however I was asked to pay an upfront fee. I called the national credit regulator who informed me that the company was registered and though not common some companies charge a fee. Based on this I paid the fee.</p> <p>I have still not received my loan and have asked for a refund. Four days later no refund. I have called the ncr again and was informed that one should never pay a fee and that the company are in the process of deregistering. Please avoid this company. Reverend Petersen is the contact person. I will be reporting to the police as well as SA ***** prevention and the NCR.</p>
