Washing machine repairs - paid but broke again within 2 weeks

I contacted the above person for repairs on our washing machine. He told me that he has a call out fee of R150 and it his quote is accepted, the call out fee fals away. His people came out, fixed the machine (replaced 2 inlet motors with second hand inlet motors that was taken from another unit in their possession) and then said the costs are R850. No quote was given, the repairs were just done without saying anything. I paid them on the same day the repairs was done (19 Dec 2019). Yesterday, exactly 2 weeks later, the machine gave the same PE (pressure error code) as the first time. Messages were sent to Prea but he just refuses to respond. His contact number is ***.
