Sale Great After Sales Very POOR

Ian Badenhorst is the dealer principal at Pre Owned Stars Paarl. They claim to give you a 30 day dealership warranty but once you find things wrong in that time, they will determine what and IF they will contribute. I complained about the humming noise when doing the demo and as a layman suggested it could be the breaks. They found the breaks to be faulty indeed however it was not the cause of the humming noise (which wheelbearings would give you). They told me that it was tested- when I insisted on second opinion, they didnt agree. I took it to Mercedes in Claremont and yes there's a problem. Ian now says that once problem is detected he will then determine their contribution \IF ANY". I queried the cost of Delivery fees (R4850) as it did not even include Registration and Licence- and was told it was for items such as a Valet (R1250)"
