Ruduard or Rudi Geyer has been proven to take on work, quote great prices and then simply not complete the work. He works under numerous companies (Sarken, PRC) - none of which are registered companies. He purposely provides no contact information and there are more than 15-20 people (growing by the day) that I have discovered where he has used the same modus operandi.
