Customer service levels - NONE!

<p>Attitudes of beauticians stinks!!! Only concerned about appointments as they are for more money. Refuses clients with no appointment even though they are sitting and chatting away with colleagues. Totally disappointed. Its clear that Loyal customers means nothing to this store. Will certainly discourage friends and family from supporting a store with no equal customer service levels.</p>
