For days now I have been having issue with Rica on the rain SIM I got from Click since last week and each time I called rain the operators unfortunately were not not helpful at all each time they keep telling me they will excalate the matter the Rica department or manager of which I would had to wait up untill now and every attempt proved abortive but when I was put through to Pratik with the way this Guy attended to me it was indeed a HOPE restoration for me Please help me pass my appreciation the Young Man Pratik Gore
