Xenophobia at Prasa

Prasa is being run by arrogant uneducated, xenophobic people. On Saturday the 29th of September 2018 I took a train from Dube in Soweto to Roodepoort, that was around 14:00. With the constant failures to deliver by the parastatal I used the train that goes through Booysens so that I can connect at Park Station. As I waited for the train by Park Station I thought of buying some fresh fruits outside for my cousin I was visiting. They charged saying I was supposed to take a train which passes through Langlaagte , drop off they and go to Roodepoorte of which I didn't know much about that. I agreed to pay for peace's sake but this other Venda lady and her boss started shouting on top of their of sorts of insults because of the place of my origin. I know I am not South Africa,, the Khethiwe lady just brought it out of nowhere in her insults to me. If Prasa people tell they guards to address us that way, I believe you are heading straight for disaster. This unapologetic woman, I even saw her after the shift, but because I am not barbariuc like her I let her slide through. I hope one day these guards and prasa will see us a people not try to use xenophobic tendencies, worse on paying clients. I still wait for an apology from prasa since I send the message to their customer representative boss.
