worst service ever

<p>The worst service ever</p> <p> </p> <p>The train decided to take its own ****in route which doesnt even pass my workplace causin me to be an hour and 30 mins late for work. And no apologies no alternate transport no ****** service at all.yet i paid for the trip. </p> <p>Im so ****ed words cant even explain!</p>
