WHAT ARE YOU DOING PRASA ??!!

<p>I bought a home in Lyttelton fourteen years ago neighbouring a house I now know is owned by the passenger rail agency of South Africa located at 80 DF Malan lane Lyttelton Manor Centurion. For all these years I have never had any problems with my neighbours until two years ago when the tenants changed from a family of three to three families. There are currently no less than 10 people living not only in the main house but also the makeshift structures which they have erected on the property. Together with the influx of people came festive drunken parties which start on a Friday afternoon and last until early Monday morning. I have exhaustively contacted Prasa representatives amongst others, Dapsha and Anette Lindeque who assured me that these tenants occupy the residence *******ly and that they would be evicted accordingly, this was more than two months ago but the only thing that has changed since their intervention has been the identity of the occupants resulting in the persistence of the problem. There have been many police interventions, local community forum attempts and even assault cases pending regarding the unacceptable behaviour of the occupants but nothing from Prasa's side. I have placed my home in the market for sale as a result but do not expect to get a reasonable price as a result of this heartbreaking situation. Prasa PLEASE SELL THIS HOUSE TO SOMEONE AND STOP RENTING IT OUT!!!!</p>
