Their trains are never on time and they just stop in the middle of nowhere and there's no communication whatsoever from their part as to what the reason for such delay is or whether that particular train will continue with its journey or not. Instead commuters' lives are endangered as they have to jump off trains and cross the rail tracks, same ones prasa always preaches for them not to be crossed in their stupid \safety announcements". They disregard reports on this platform because they know that the majority of the working class rely on them to get to and from work and they will meet their margins at the end of the day"
