Unhappy Client

Good morning I was wondering why are the train drivers allowed to sit with coffee inside the train before we are allowed to leave, Then my second problem is that I was ****** a weekend ago on your old train as the new one did not do rides between Cape Town and Bellville and there are no security to be found. This is really unprofessional
