unfair billing

<p> I use a train to go to work in the morning due to that I knock off late transport is arranged for me at work . On monday I went to a trian station in P****lng soweto to buy a ticket and I was told I cannot buy a singel I have to buy a return , I asked and I was told that we don't buy ticket for coming back . I don't know how is that my problem because i don't come back with a train and now I have to spend money for a service that I will not use. Can you please assist on this matter </p>
