Unbearably Rude cash officer

<p>On the 8/12/2016 @16h30-17h00 a cash officer insulted me because I could not but a ticket at @ nonkqubela. I tried explained to the lady that there was no one at the ticket office, hence Iam buying at the designation which is Mandalay. She shouted n she told me if I want to complaint I should go ahead.. </p> <p>I asked her to give me the tall free no# and her name she continued to shout. I asked her why she was so rude matters got worse. The guard's at the gates could not also bear the insults they move from another side</p> <p> </p> <p>She was the only person working at the office at that time. At look at it she is confidant that nothing will be done for her behaviour. This lady really shows that she doesnot need this job. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was so embarrassed in. </p>
