Trees and bushes growing wildly. Safety issiues.

How long does it take for Prasa to respond to queries. We living next to the railroad and we having issues with the trees and bushes that grow in between the rails and against the wall of our house. This has become a safety issue. As the trees are starting to grow against the electric fence which is quite high. The train either stops when it passes or drives very slowly and hooting when it passes our houses as the driver cant see properly because people are sleeping between the trees that grows there. We have been sending emails and called but no avail. we just need someone to come and cur down the trees and bushes. We scared if it does grow to high people might want to break in and i fear for my family.
