Translux abd City to City Busses Shocking

My Dad is almost 80. We bought a City to City bus ticket from Pretoria to Nelspruit departing at 9:10 am on 9 June. We arrived at 8:40 and presented our ticket to the busdriver that ignored us. We then loaded his luggage ourselves. A black lady arrived and my Dad helped her loaded her luggage. Then she pushed in front of him. We waited and could not understand their language. The driver handled a white envelope with cash. He then asked the lady if she was alone whereby she rep**** no and then the driver took in another passenger behind my Dad. The next second the driver told me the bus is full. I said we have a paid ticket and the rude busdriver was not interested. He literally pushed my Dad and myself out of the door and closed it on us. He started to drive off. I had to run behind the bus to get my Dad's luggage. The driver took off and ignored me banging on the side. Eventually he stopped and I had to take my Dad's luggage out. Many people were turned away while the driver sold seats for cash. This is shocking and a shame to the industry. They told my Dad he had to wait untill 21h00 tonight for another bus. It was just a blessing that I was there to assist my 80 year old Father. I had to get a refund and buy another ticket from another liner to get my Dad to Nelspruit.
