TRAIN IS ALWAYS FAULTY

The reason for my complain is that, the train(Metro express plus) is always faulty especially in the mornings almost every day and all commuters get to work late some have even received warnings for late arrival, for the amount we pay every month for buying Tickets R420, the service that we are receiving is totally not fair, trains that are cheaper are always on time we always sending complains but nothing is being done, they just remain silent as if we do not exist especially the management but when there is time to increase the fares they always want their money.
