train for ever late or experiencing problems

I use metroplus train to work and back home every day for the convient travelling and to avoid being late at work and avoid traffic, the ticket is not like any other, a bit expensive as they advised that we travel safe and conveniently. But we are forever late at work and get home very late. They always note the technicals problem late when it time to departure and the train only go to jhb in da morning and park there for the whole day till its time 2 take us back... They do not value us as their customers... We have lodge a lot of complains regarding the services but no one gets back to us... We signed petitions as commuters and forwarded to their offices but still the service does not improve... We departure 30 minutes after the actual time very often as they never attend to their problems on time. The train has heaters they never switch them on they always update they are faulty but are not fixed. .. The service is extremely bad and we feel we not being treated fairly as customers who are loyal. Please help us improve the services as we can not take this anymore... We tried to resolve the problems but they are not willing to meet us half way
