this train service is getting more worse

Everyday now this train service is letting us down, there is no notice as to why this happening. We buy tickets for the whole month and get service like this , we r getting warning at work because we r always late, when u ask the people who work there what's going on they say the train is comming , but as a matter of fact that train cancelled and we must wait about another 45 min-1h for the next train. And prasa won't even send any buses or refund us , as long as we buy tickets and keep then in bussiness they don't care that we also have jobs to look after. Why don't don't they employ people who's compitent and not lazy like what I see
