they dont care about their passangers

I have been using train from the 19/02/2018 the experience I have its way too bad.. on tues they terrible **** to their passengers telling them that the train its in Denneboom station while they knew that its still in town.... On the 22/02/2018 3 people fell of the train while it was moving reason is lack of communication and not keeping time that leads to people being injured.. This is a serious issue because the Prasa stuff treats passengers with no respect and they fail to deliver the proper service to its passengers. When we use trains that does not mean we are poor and stupid, this issue needs to be taken further because more and more people will be injured because of the shortage of trains Mamelodi Pretoria..
