Sucking Service at Shosholoza Meyl

So, i wanted to transport a car from Johannesburg to Cape Town. i called the number + ********** 3139 given by the "so called manager" Derrick Mthethwa to get some information. it just rings and no one is picking up, then i decided to call Derrick himself, he is an Operations Manager after all, well that's what their website says, not sure if he even knows the meaning of that at all. He doesn't even listen to why i called and gives me the same number that's not working, in trying to tell him i'm looking for some information and that number is just ringing, he tells me there's another call coming through on his phone, and drops me like that. what am i? am i not a customer? is he not an ops manager? is the call coming through so important that customers must be dropped? its not like transporting the car to Cape Town is cheap, its a whopping R3500 rands that Shosholoza stands to lose when i don't use them because the operations manager is useless, that Derrick Mthethwa is so rude, someone at Prasa should actually explain to him what it means to be an Ops Manager. when i tried calling him again, he switched off his phone. the nerve???? why is his phone even listed on the Prasa's contact us if he doesn't want to be contacted with work related stuff?
