Security services at Century City Train Station

Last year I asked the manager at Century City train station to increase the security officers at the station as I saw a group of people whom I thought to be a danger to my and other customers' safety. The manager told me she would see to it that more security officers at the station are deployed. Nothing was done to that effect. 2 weeks after asking the manager to increase the security at the train station I was ****** by one of the gangsters from Kensington. The next day I reported the ******* to one of the supervisors on duty and still securities were not increased. This morning on my way to work I was approached by the same gangster who ****** me last year on the stations premises.

I write this complaint to make the public aware that Metrorail services at Century City does not take the safety of its customers seriously. I told the manager that under consumer laws I am entitled to security and not taking my concern seriously could land me up suing PRASA but I am now made to believe that she did not take me seriously.
