Rude Emplyee

<p>So I come to buy my daily ticket at Crawford station and was met with a uptight rude Lady at 6:15. Firstly I apologise for having a R100 note as I did not have any change and she tells me could I have not made change yesterday and she really does not like someone roughening her feathers so early In the morning . Now as a prasa customer this is unacceptable and unprofessional .It was the elderly lady not the younger one that is so rude and it's not the first ti.email she is so rude and unpleasant. Distgusting if you ask me.</p>
