rude employees giving bad service

<p>On the 7 of august 2016 I was at streford station wanted to buy a ticket. And the staff refused to sell me a ticket they ask me which station I'm coming from I told them from kwaggastroom station and the station was closed that morning and I couldn't buy a ticket, they said I must stand aside, I waited for ten minutes and they were speaking in a language i couldnt understand ,laughing and chatting while i was standing being late for work, after a while i asked if i could go because i had the store keys they told me I had to pay double the amount of the ticket because I didn't buy it, whilst I told them there were no ticket operators selling the ticket at the station am coming from. I arrived at work 30 minutes late I had to sign a warning plus I was told I would receive short pay. I was really offended buy the bad service I received , I was treated badly like I was a ******** and being embarrassed .</p>
