Refusing to repair my car

On the 7th of May 2015 I was driving my car (BF48VY - GP) to work along Village Street at 07:40hrs as I was approaching the robot I was bumped by one of their driver (Bongani Tisane) number plate: DF 38 BG - GP Ford Bakkie, as he was rushing to beat a robot that had just closed. He bumped my front bumper passenger side as he swerved towards my car to bit the robot before the cars on the opposite starts to move.<br> I would say he overlooked my car trying to rush not noticing that the car he drove was big. When he come out of the car he started shouting at me, I would say he was rude didn't even apologise or show respect. (I would say he undermined me because I am a lady).A case was openned at Johannesburg Central police - Case number: AR102/05/2015 and (Bongani) admitted that he had bumped my car when he was asked by one of the officers and they advised him that he has to ensure that my car was repaired but surprisingly he was very. Surprisingly now i am told that there is a conflict on the statement as their driver **** saying i was driving straight on a turning lane, they taking his word and not confirming as per the AARTO case
