Prasa/metrorail poor service delivery

Prasa who are running public rail transport are total ******* .all they know is to misuse tax payers money . We pay to be transported to work every month but the trains are always 3 to 4 hrs late . A 1 hr trip takes 4 long fustrating hours. The situation is getting more dire
