PRASA THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I am using the train to come to work daily because it is nearer to where I stay and also because I leave my house around 04h30 in the morning to come to work.<br> We used to have train problems for ever but not as much as they are happening now. Recently we have had numerous train problems, namely, Power failures, Cable theft, manual operation of points, non-functioning robots and etc. This has resulted in late arrival to work in the morning and late arrival at home in the evening. Trains stop for undisclosed hours in places that are dangerous. Lately ****s have used these stops to rob passengers.<br> <br> PRASA IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.<br> <br> Most of the people we used to travel with have been dismissed or have been given warnings. We use Metroplus Express which is supposed to leave Pretoria at 06h00 and arrive at Park station at 07h09. Out ticket price is exceeds that of the normal train 3times. The train arrives in Park Station anytime between 07h30 and 09h00. This is against what they promised initially. Yesterday it arrived at Park Station at 09h00.<br>
