Prasa the worse company in the world

Bellville station is undergoing some construction which makes it difficult to move from 1 platform to another. Can i please ask that trains do not leave emmidiately when there are 2 trains going in opposite directions? I mean this will make perfect sense that if you coming from Kraaifontein and you going to Blackheath and both trains enter the station at the same time there are people who need to change trains. Disabled people, the elderly, mothers with babies will never be able to change witin 2 seconds. I mean come on people trains are never on time. Give us the courtesy of standing at least a little longer when 2 trains enter the stations at the same time. I am so angry for missing my train after leaving the house half an hour earlier i feel like swearing at you, but i am better than this. Thank God i do not have to make use of your service everyday. I feel the frustration of the people that does. You are the worse company in the WORLD.
