Prasa sucks!!!

<p>On the 5th of April 2017 I travelled from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg with Shosoloza Meyl. The train was suppose to leave at 3 that afternoon but wonderfully enough we left at 6 that night. We were told that there was no head for the train.Now you tell me something...if a company on the day of departure doesnt have a head for the loco, whats going on over there? I was booked round and about 3 weeks ahead so this just baffles me. Anyway....we got to Bloemfontein at 8 the morning where we were given the option of moving over to a bus or stay on the train. Reason being, they didnt have anything left on the train. I mean no food or water....nothing!!! The peoples money were running out because of spending and spending. Prasa is just ridiculous! The people had too many things to move from the train to a bus. Old frail people take the train for the comfort of it but prasa has no consideration for anyone!!!! I chose the bus because of transport when I get at park station. I was to use the Gautrain to Kempton. Bigups to them Great service.Prasa you need lessons from them. My story continues!!!! Prasa decides to put me on a City to city bus.... no toilet no aircon just a damn bus but I spent R1000 on a return ticket for *** service like this. I hate Prasa!!!! Rrrright....sunday arrives! Train delayed again. We were to leave at 1 we left at 2. Let me just say I got home Tuesday mornin at 7. We got to port elizabeth at about 10 monday night where we had to sleep on the station in the train due to no transport and no money. Once again the head that trips. Let me tell you about our train manager of the train. 9 April 2017 jozi to port elizabeth shosoloza meyl.Dear sir your attitude stinks. You were drunk. Yes you were and so were a few of your staff. To the barman I think your name is simpiwe and miss xoliswa. You guys were awsome!!!!!!!!! To the train manager Angie from Port Elizabeth to Jozi...great lady You tried your best. PRASA you suck! I want my money bac****!!! </p>
