Prasa ****** me of my money

I had a car that i was meant to transport from Capetown to Johannesburg, i paid R3000 at Prasa parkstation for the service. There we unforseen circumstances n the car could not be transported. I called prasa offices in capetown well in advance to cancel the touring of the car, i was tranafered from one person to the next, at the end was told i could not get all my money back. I was very annoyed and tried bt they were adamant i could not get thing e money back. I ask my self day and night where my money is and how it was used by prasa, such a big parastatal eating poor people's money. Its been years bt i want my money back. R3000 to me is a lot to be eaten by those bosses of prasa.
