Prasa Refund

I never had a problem traveling with prasa ,but I don't even think they deserve a star from me at the moment, i booked ticketS for myself and husband and due to covid the trip was cancelled, and we were told that we will be refunded AND WE HAD TO USE MONEY THAT WAS JOT PLANNED FOR THE TRIP TO GO HOME WITH THE BUS, that was a month ago i am still waiting for them to refund my R1300 , i AM in contact with them everyday or should i say in contact with myself because most times i dont get an answer or a reply back from the one person who "apparently" is the only one in the whole of PRASA WHO CAN ASSIST ME WITH THE REFUND, I AM SO ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WILL TRANSFER THE MONEY BACK TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WE SEND ALL OUR DOCS BUT TILL THIS DAY NO REFUND, THEY APPARENTLY ALREADY TRANSFERED MONEY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS, BUT I KEEP ASKING WHY ARE WE NOT ONE OF THOSE "OTHER" CUSTOMERS.
