PRASA - Park station

The Passenger Rail Association of SA (PRASA). Park station, Johannesburg. There are two sets of escalators in Park station main concourse. Each set has an "up" and a "down" escalator - four in total. Despite regular complaints by e-mail to PRASA on a monthly (sometimes twice monthly) basis, the main escalators in the centre of the station have not worked for over 12 months! This is shocking and a huge inconvenience for passengers & the public. Once or twice PRASA officials have responded, but nothing works! Four weeks ago shutterring was placed around the other escalators on the north side of the station, but to date no work has been started. These too, now don't work! Absolutely disgusting the concern PRASA has for its clients! Can you get them to do something? Much obliged.
