PRASA inhumane to there customers

If one could give them no stars it will still be to much. It is a given that if you travel to Cape Town the train will break down nearing the cape. The worst of all is by that time there is not even water left on the train to flush a toilet and if the train is completely broken PRASA will not do anything to get there customers to Cape Town on time. They will also not refund you although you have to pay extra for alternative transportation if you wish to get to your destination before at least eight hours when you were supposed to be there. Why don't they sell it to someone else who can afford to get decent logos that will not break down every time they go to Cape Town.
