Prasa failing commuters and residents in observatory

There was a leaking sewage pipe that extends underground across the Prasa observatory train station. The parking area used my many commuters is not a complete off road challenge for any vehicle. The contractor (gmail account) broke many tree branches and simply left them; the rubble that they dig out of the 2 m deep trench has been left strewn across the parking areas. All the observatory residents in this neighbourhood are subject to a daily dust storm. Vehicles trying to park have to be equipped to handle off road conditions.

We have complained multiple times and I have the emails to back this statement up. Prasa is simply not interested. They simply are not following procedural procurement for services.

We have now submitted complaints to national and provincial government. The problem is they are uselsss and can’t even spell their own names - *******!
