PRASA EPIC FAILURE

On 5 Sept I was attacked and stabbed on the 18:20 train from Cape Town to Wellington. There was no security or ticket checkers on the train for the duration of the trip. If there were, things might have turned out better. MetroRail emailed me claim docuemnts which I completed with all additional documents: dr report, psychiatrist and psychologist reports. I was told it would take 60 days for a reply. It’s now 60+ days. I am still going for trauma counseling and will be an ongoing process. Al emails to MetroRail and Prasa goes unanswered- I can see they read the emails, but don’t respond. I get the idea that neither of the 2 entities give a damn about their passangers or the safety and well being of their passengers. I am beyond furious and appalled by their “We don’t care” attitude.
