Prasa employees owns the train

Im writing this with a sad and broken heart... Today i was treated badly by one of prasas ( ticket exam).. This guy whom il get his name very soon acted as if he owns the train.... Here is what transpired, i went with a R50 note to pay a ticket to silverton, which cost R7. 50....so the guy keeps on asking me how much is my change, i told him then he started shouting at me for no reason, then i noticed that my change is short with R2. 50... When i asked for it he then je told mw to ****off, he pushed me away and told the security guys not to allow me to the station, i mean i paid why is he like that, i had to walk to another train station whicj os far, im writing this now because its the second time his doing this to me, when i asked the security guys why cant i enter they say his the boss of the place..... Im not gonna rest till i find his name amd deal with him in a proper way.....
