Prasa Disgusting Management of Metrorail

Your management of our Metrorail is disgusting! I have never seen such terrible service. Trains are always late or never come at all. Do you realise that some of us rely on the trains to get to and from work but I don't even think you care! Sick of it. Give the management to a company that cares about its commuters
