Poor Train Services to Commuters

It gives me such great disappointment to log a compliant on a company of such magnitude.<br> <br> On, Tuesday, 14th July I was at the Effingham train station at about 18:15 waiting for a train to Umlazi. I had to wait for almost 2hrs before I got a train. To top it all no announcements were being made to commuters to inform us of the train delay so we can make alternate arrangements.<br> <br> As a commuter of the trains I ask myself, is this done because majority of black people use the trains? Is it done because a majority of black illiterate people who wouldn't know where and how to complain use these trains? I'm sure if you were a commuter as well you would feel the same way I do. To put it in simpler terms the service at Prasa sucks!!!
