Poor service

Poor service from prasa,lot of people loos their jobs due to the lack of service.no one attends the robots on time on rail and we end up waiting for more than 30minutes in each robot and we some time get late to work so can you please solve the matter for us.this matter happen to people who use train to garankuwa and is always happening everyday.
