Poor public service

To the best of my knowledge I'm not supposed to cross the railway exam bridge or railway level crossing cept through, but the kopanong train station I soshanguve has no safe place to cross and as such it has almost become a norm to cross over the railway and I found it to be very uneasy and uncomfortable to cross over the rail road like that, the a subway nearby but weirdly enough it's only vehicles that are crossing under and nobody in the area seems to know where pedestrian are supposed to cross, and I found tsi to very appalling since as a resident of block xx soshanguve I would need to cross the rail road regularly for me to be able to access the library, local clinic, and community hall.
