Poor Customer Service : PRASA Parkstation

Dear PRASA Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by PRASA and the consistent poor treatment of commuters. As a regular passenger, I have experienced numerous delays (e.g. the times of arrival of certain trains are not consistent with the new schedule which impacts my time and other commuters' time) , overcrowded trains, and disrespect from fellow PRASA workers that reflect a lack of attention to commuter needs. These issues have become a daily frustration, impacting not only my schedule but also my overall commuting experience. I have also noticed that the employees at PRASA only seem to give attention to the commuters when their superiors are there and once their superiors' leave, the bad service continues and I find that unacceptable. I noticed this on the 19 of September and the supervisor who was there was BJ Nobungwa. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and respect goes both ways and people shouldn't be treated different based on the social standing. Furthermore, it is disheartening to see that commuter complaints are often met with indifference. I have submitted feedback regarding these concerns, yet I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution. This lack of responsiveness indicates a troubling disregard for the very individuals who rely on your services. Effective communication and action are crucial for building trust, and it feels as though our voices are being ignored. I have tried to mediate with the employees at PRASA to avoid escalating the problems I have faced to no avail. I urge PRASA to take these matters seriously and to prioritize the improvement of service quality for all commuters. Implementing a more transparent feedback system and addressing the ongoing issues would go a long way in restoring confidence in your organization. I hope to see meaningful changes that reflect a commitment to enhancing the commuter experience.
