Pathetic Service

I boarded a train with my five year old daughter on the 15/01/2016 and purchased 2 tickets to Warrenton. It was the worst experience ever. On the train ticket it was clearly indicated that the train would arrive at Warrenton Station at 19h49 and due to previous experience this was the approximate time of arrival. it was not the case, the train arrived after 23:00 leaving me and my daughter stranded because there was no public transport. We were destitute and had to take refuge where we had to sleep at the station in the cold. Please be advise that not all of us have family and friends with cars and rely n public transport. if the train arrived at the station at the expected time my daughter, myself and my family would not have been left devastated and traumatized by this experience. We only arrived home the following morning after 07h00. I'd also like to enquire about the porters at park station that are so keen on helping with luggage. I s it part of their job description, are they employed through Prasa. This guy assisted me and demanded payment of R80.00 and would not let go of my belongings and even physically threatened me if id failed to comply.
