My fridge is ******

I lagged goods through Prasa and some staff arrived the Defy water dispenser fridge is missing I got told prasa doesnt take responsibility.However they have policy not to wrap the goods as have to be sure what they sign for my staff is on their list however its missing intransit now .Please someone explain this is prasa employing.*****s why does our goverment departments lets us down so much?
