MAXWELL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME

I called PRASA today and I spoke to Maxwell on *** and I asked him if this was indeed I was through to the right PRASA and he went ballistic on me, telling me how busy he is and how he has no time for this I must call someone else. This is someone who did not care what I was calling about whether I was doing business or querying he was uninterested. I told him I would report him and he said \I don't care if you report me to the president."I hung up on him frustrated with that level of abuse. This is very shameful and it reflects badly on both Maxwell and PRASA. Maxwell's professional etiquette is down in the doldrums and he needs to be corrected urgently. """
