Left behind like idiots

I Have been using the business express train from Kempton Park to Park station. To get to work in the morning is always good service, but in the afternoon since we lost the last train leaving at 05:30 the train is leaving us behind. We than had shuttles take us home, but that was stopped and on the 25/06/2015 i run so fast just to get it as i was due home early. When i got in the train at 04:59 i thought the train would leave at 05:05 as usual, but the was an announcement that we will be waiting for a shuttle coming from Santon and we left at 05:10.I called one of the hostess and asked why we waited for Santon and they leave us? She told me no one gets left behind if using Prasa shuttles. I told her so that means you will wait for us, she said yes. I am using a shuttle from Auckland Park that has about 10 passengers including me to PTA and about 9 for Springs. We get left behind just by few minutes. I buy a monthly ticket and this is the thank you i get from Prasa. We got left behind on 29/06/2015. We got the by 05:06 and the train just left the platform. We had to use taxis which we did not budget for. I got home at 08:00. This is not acceptably. ANGRY PASSENGER.
