Insulted by a staff member

I am i commuter using Prasa/ metro rail services on a daily basis to get o work, apart from having to deal with their poor service today i had to face one of their staff members whom was very rude and even had a nerve to swear at me.I got to Silverton Station at around 05:20 had my monthly ticket as usual and when i got to the ticket examine area there was no one there then i decided to go in as i could not stand there as i will miss my train *9313, then by the time i was already in the station heading to the platform a guy came and asked for a ticket, i then reach to my bag for the ticket and asked why was he not at his work station he rep**** to me in a very rude manner in \Sepedi"and said \"" o seka tlo mphaphela wena ne o sa bone gore ke atla Nxa\"" i asked for his manager and when i spoke to the manager whom was busy enjoying his tea and looking confused to be a manager"
