Garnish order Prasa

A court order was granted last year October to start garnish, but till now I’ve been waiting and getting bad attitude and service from the people from Prasa East London Payroll Officers, as well as Finance Manager and HR Manager. I got letters from my child’s school about arrears in school fees, I’ve sent emails begging these employees of Prasa to give me written letter or any responses so that I can take that to my child’s school, no replies. When I make phone call, offices don’t get answered, cell phone don’t get answered or if they do answer they will say they will get back to me, I’m tied of begging them.
