Daylight robery by PRASA

<p>To whom it ay concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I occasionally travel to Johannesburg by train in the morning (04:30) and I all ways purchase my ticket at the JHB office on arrival.</p> <p>The reason I am forced to do this is because the Bosmont ticket office is still closed when I depart (I don’t even know when it opens).</p> <p>This morning (24/06/16) I was charged R40.00 for the trip (instead of R7.50) stating that I travelled without a valid ticket. (See the attachment).</p> <p>I do not agree with this policy of Prasa and would like a refund for the difference as soon as possible(R32.50).</p> <p> </p> <p>(Prasa must get its house in order as not all passengers are trying to ‘steel train’)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I hope to hear from you soonest.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
