Customer dissatisfaction

<p>I always use trains to go to work since its cost effective. The times of my trains I know. My problem is the way the ticket checker spoke to me in kraaifontein. I was at the train station at 10:30 for the 10:40 train now I was walking pass carriages since there were no pupils in the carriage so this lady says in English get in the train is going to leave I didn't answer since I have the right to choice as a customer the lady changed and spoke in afrikaan in a angry tone the last words were is jy ***en simple I responded in afrikaans since she thought I'm a black boy who knows no Afrikaans. In my complaint I see my rights as a customer violated and a form of ****** in a way that because of my skin color she changed from English to afrikaans.</p>
